Marie Sklodowska-Curie Doctoral Researcher · Scientific Software Engineer · Full-Stack AI Systems Architect
Institute of Biomedicine, University of Turku · Misvik Biology Oy · Finland
I build bioinformatics and AI-assisted research systems that transform RNA-seq, nanotoxicology,
and cancer research data into structured, interpretable, and reproducible outputs.
Current research focus
My current work sits at the intersection of bioinformatics, nanomedicine safety assessment,
toxicogenomics, oncology, and scientific AI systems. I develop RNA-seq and transcriptomics
workflows that connect data processing, validation, pathway interpretation, mechanism mapping,
and structured reporting.
The goal is to make complex research data easier to inspect, reproduce, explain, and reuse -
especially in nanoparticle toxicity profiling, cancer research, and translational safety assessment.
